Situated about a mile from Itchenor hard, Annie and Chris will look after you really well. They've got a downstairs twin ensuite and a further double (ensuite) and twin upstairs. Chatty and friendly, they are both experienced sailors and know the local area well so can give good advice.

We were looking for a personal and friendly b&b for our anniversary near West Witterings. Itchenor proved to be the perfect spot with some lovely scenic rides. We came across Stop Tide House through this site and on a recommendation from another local b and b lady. It was lovely to be given such a friendly welcome so late on a Friday night after our cycle from Chichester station. Annie and Chris immediately made us feel right at home.
ReplyDeleteOur room was clean and bright, with a cosy en suite and good shower. The bed was comfy, although the curtains were quite thin so take your eye mask if you like darkness in the morning! The guests' tv room downstairs was ideal for a little post-dinner relaxation.
Breakfast was one of the best we've experienced, with the full English laid out on a large platter complete with some tasty local soda bread. Throughout our weekend stay we felt very welcome. So, if you're looking for a personal and friendly - almost part of the family - atmosphere with a cracking brekky then I highly recommend Annie and Chris' hospitality.
