We look forward to welcoming you into our family home which is a Grade II listed Georgian farmhouse dating back to 1746, set in five acres. Guy's Farm is convenient for Chichester, Goodwood, Chichester Harbour, the sailing village of Itchenor and the blue flag beach at West Wittering.
We pride ourselves on giving a first class friendly service so that you feel at home the moment you walk through our door. Whether it is our comfortable beds, towelling dressing gowns and slippers, top quality toiletries, homemade scones, jams and marmalade, our delicious breakfasts, or just the peace and quiet we offer, we hope your stay with us will tempt you to come back time and time again.
We have two delightful guest bedrooms with views over the fields. Bedroom 1 with Kingsize bed, full ensuite bathroom with separate power shower. Bedroom 2 with twin beds (these can be changed to make a Super King bed) and en suite shower room with power shower.
We invite you to relax and read your newspaper in our drawing room before breakfasting in our dining room or if the weather permits in our lovely garden overlooking fields.
